Every year Magic Kingdom celebrates the Christmas season with the festive Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party on select nights in November and December. Each one begins with “A Frozen Holiday Wish” featuring Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, and Olaf in which Elsa transforms Cinderella Castle into a sparkling palace of icicles. During the evening guests can enjoy meeting Santa in Town Square, holiday concerts at the Plaza Stage in Tomorrowland, Club Tinsel with Phineas and Ferb, complimentary hot chocolate and cookies, holiday character greetings, Mickey’s “Once Upon A Christmastime Parade”, and the beautiful snow on Main Street, U.S.A. And to wrap up your perfect evening, be sure to see “Holiday Wishes: Celebrate the Spirit of the Season” light up the sky above Cinderella Castle with spectacular fireworks and cherished music. Of course, it wouldn’t be a party without some delicious Disney desserts. We’ve got to go for Christmas next time!
It is beautiful this time of year in Walt Disney World! 🙂
Great post- it’s my dream to visit Disney World some day although I am going to Disneyland Paris in three weeks time! 🙂
I’m so glad you enjoyed the post! I love Walt Disney World, but it is MY dream to visit Disneyland Paris one day. I hope you have a safe and magical time! 🙂
Do you know if the Holiday Tree cupcake is available before the VMCP starts? Or do you have to have the party band to purchase one? Thanks, love the site!
In the past several of the treats have been available in the evening before the park closes for the party, and often you’ll find all sorts of holiday cupcakes, cookies, apples, and candy available all day. In October, I was able to purchase Halloween treats at Magic Kingdom before the party started without a party wristband. Hope this info helps and so glad to hear that you’re enjoying my website. Happy Holidays! 🙂
