Sebastian’s Bistro At Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort

Sebastians 8If you are traveling to Walt Disney World soon, and looking for more dining options, I have some great news for you. One of my all time favorite dining spots and a true hidden gem, Sebastian’s Bistro at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, is reopening on June 24, 2021. Nightly walk-in availability from 5pm to 9:30pm will begin that evening, and guests can now make advanced dining reservations for July 5, 2021 and beyond.

According to Disney:

A bright ambience and market-fresh ingredients await you at this charming eatery. Located along the Old Port Royale promenade, this friendly spot offers family-style dishes.

Your meal begins with delicious Buttery House-Baked Pull-Apart Rolls served with Guava Butter and Caramelized Onion Jam. Enjoy a salad appetizer of mixed greens, spiced candied walnuts, grilled pineapple and more before you indulge in the main course—Taste of the Caribbean. This delectable dish lets you savor a selection of favorite recipes, including Oven-Roasted Citrus Chicken, Slow-Cooked Mojo Pork and Grilled Flank Steak, accompanied by Cilantro Rice and Beans, Vegetable Curry and Grilled Broccolini.

Want even more Caribbean flavor? Add an order of Fried Coconut Shrimp with Creamy Chipotle dipping sauce (for an additional fee). But save some room for dessert. You’ll want to treat your taste buds to the exquisite ‘fan favorite’ Coconut-Pineapple Bread Pudding, served with Caramel Sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream.

Sebastian’s Bistro also offers a plant-based menu.

The restaurant’s location provides an additional perk. If you’re coming to or from EPCOT or Disney’s Hollywood Studios, enjoy a fun ride on the nearby aerial gondolas of the Disney Skyliner!

Dinner is a bargain, priced at only $29 per adult and only $17 per child, plus tax and gratuity.

Sebastian’s Bistro also offers a full assortment of specialty cocktails, sangrias, Caribbean rums, beers, hard ciders, hard seltzers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages. All specialty drinks and cocktails are an additional charge.
